Users may not misuse FixDQ services, interfere with platform availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Any use that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to other users may result in access restrictions.
FixDQ is built to provide practical DOT compliance education, driver training resources, and helpful tools. Users are expected to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm FixDQ, other users, or connected services.
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Acceptable Use policy explains what users may and may not do when using FixDQ, including the website, training resources, downloadable materials, forms, accounts, tools, and related services.
2. Lawful Use Required
Users must use FixDQ only for lawful purposes. Users may not use FixDQ to violate any law, regulation, court order, carrier policy, agency rule, intellectual property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation.
3. Prohibited Activity
Users may not misuse FixDQ or engage in activity that harms, disrupts, damages, overloads, or interferes with the platform, other users, or service providers.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Trying to bypass security, authentication, or access controls
- Using FixDQ for fraud, scams, impersonation, or deception
- Uploading or submitting unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
- Introducing malware, viruses, bots, scripts, or harmful code
- Scraping, copying, harvesting, or extracting content at scale
- Interfering with website performance or service availability
- Using FixDQ to harass, threaten, or harm another person
- Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized information
4. Unauthorized Access
Users may not attempt to access systems, accounts, databases, files, tools, admin areas, payment systems, APIs, or data that they are not authorized to access.
This includes attempting to guess passwords, exploit security weaknesses, bypass restrictions, test systems without permission, or access private areas of FixDQ or connected services.
5. Platform Availability
Users may not interfere with the availability, performance, or reliability of FixDQ. This includes activity that overloads servers, disrupts service, floods forms, abuses APIs, or otherwise affects normal operation.
6. Content and Submissions
If users submit information through forms, tools, messages, uploads, accounts, or other features, they are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate, lawful, and authorized.
Users may not submit content that is false, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, private, confidential, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Use of FixDQ Materials
FixDQ content, training materials, downloads, graphics, page designs, text, tools, and branding may not be copied, resold, redistributed, scraped, republished, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Users may use FixDQ content for personal learning, driver education, carrier awareness, and compliance understanding, unless a specific product or license says otherwise.
8. Accounts and Login Security
If FixDQ offers accounts or user dashboards, users are responsible for keeping their login information secure and for activity under their account.
- Do not share account access without permission.
- Do not use another person's account without authorization.
- Do not attempt to access restricted tools or admin areas.
- Notify FixDQ if you believe your account was compromised.
9. Roadside, Compliance, and Training Tools
Users may not misuse FixDQ tools by submitting false information, abusing search features, attempting to manipulate results, or using tools for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Drivers and carriers remain responsible for verifying official requirements with the proper agency, carrier, regulation, or qualified professional.
10. Enforcement
FixDQ may restrict, suspend, block, or terminate access if a user violates this Acceptable Use policy, creates risk, harms other users, misuses services, or attempts unauthorized access.
FixDQ may also remove content, disable accounts, block traffic, preserve records, cooperate with service providers, or take other reasonable action to protect the platform and users.
11. Reporting Misuse
Users who believe FixDQ is being misused, attacked, copied, impersonated, or accessed without authorization may report the issue through the contact method provided on FixDQ.
12. Changes to This Policy
FixDQ may update this Acceptable Use policy as services, technology, security needs, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
